Certified Expertise in Heat-Treated Pallets

Pallets, crates, lumber, and other forms of wood material being exported outside the United States is required to be heat treated. In response to new regulations, Caflisch Pallet and Wood Services became certified as a licensed company in 2005.

Precision and Compliance

At Caflisch Pallet, all heat-treated orders are meticulously handled in-house, and then transported to our customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and international standards, including ISPM15.

ISPM15 is part of a treaty recognized by the World Trade Organization as a measure to prevent the introduction and spread of pests and other diseases in wood packaging materials used in international trade.

This process involves heating the wood to a core temperature of at least 56 degrees Celsius or 132.8 Fahrenheit for a predetermined period of time to effectively eliminate any pests or diseases present.

Our company also allows customers to customize heat-treated products to specific sizes and design preferences that best fit their needs.

A Proactive and Sustainable Approach at Our Company

Our commitment to excellence extends to every aspect of our heat-treated pallet process. As a reliable choice for international shipping, our heat-treated pallets not only meet stringent standards but also provide a sustainable and customizable solution, reflecting our company’s unwavering commitment to quality and customer satisfaction in the realm of pallet solutions.
